Vincent is a seasoned construction and development professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Based in Anchorage, Alaska, Vincent has a proven track record of successfully completing projects by coordinating trades and building positive relationships with architects, engineers, local officials, and clients. His expertise ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Previously, Vincent held key positions at various companies, including General Manager at Sheet Metal Inc. and TNT General, Project Manager at Tunisia Construction, and Construction Superintendent/ Project Manager at Marsh Creek and Christensen Builders. His responsibilities have spanned estimating, quality control, safety coordination, and total project oversight from conception through completion.

Vincent's extensive experience includes managing projects ranging from $500K to $11M, such as the GSA Federal Building Pedestrian Bridge in Juneau, AK, and the ASOS Training Facility at JBER. He has also managed significant projects like the FAA San Francisco International Airport RTR Shelter Upgrades, the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) projects in Utah and Kansas, and the rehabilitation of the Ritz Carlton Beach Club and Elysian Beach Resort in St. Thomas, USVI.

When he's not on the job site, Vincent loves throwing around weights, doing lots of burpees, and exploring the Alaskan wilderness with his friends.
